I fully understand when someone breaks the law, police must do their jobs and follow procedure. In this case proper handling of this man was not initiated. These officers crossed the line by the subjection of cruelty to this man. Hoe sad to see professionals whom the public should look up to and respect, behaving in a manner that is and should not be acceptable! Also, I can not believe that not one of the spectators intervened in this mans behalf. Sadly, this type of behavior is why our country is in such a mess. Abusing the trust of those whom you protect and serve , will not gain you officers whom behave in this mannor any respect and trust whatsoever. How dare you misuse your authority like this!
