I got a big mommy-payoff tonight from huge smiles from my sons when they came home from an hour run outside and asked what was dinner and I told them meatloaf and mashed potatoes/gravy. Nothing warms you up more than that! We dont do that type of meal very often but on a windy cold day like today, you just gotta. Oh yeah, there was also brussel sprouts which didnt get quite the grin but they ate them. I feel bad for brussel sprouts. They really are awesome but so unloved.
