I got this from a fellow inspirational distributor :) And it is very true.....happened to my sister I just had a HUGE AH HA moment!!!!!!! I have ladies that message me weekly about wanting to join my team but they are scared. Scared they wont have the time, scared they wont sell enough, scared they dont know enough people to be successful. I was just talking to a gal that is also in Direct Sales with another company. She was telling me how she almost didnt make her sales quota for this quarter. I asked her what she meant as I didnt understand. She said if they dont sell X amount of orders in 3 months they completely lose their Distributorship with that company. I am blown away!!!! I had heard there were companies like this but I just cant believe people are kicked out/penalized for growing their business at their own pace!!!! With ItWorks you keep your distributorship for 12 months after you sign up regardless if you ever make a sale or not!!!! You dont HAVE to do parties! You dont HAVE to do ANYTHING that you dont want to do. Obviously if you dont, you wont reap the benefits and make commission but I love that our company allows us to run our business as we choose! How cool is that!!!!
