I guess cops dont give a shit about the American Constitution and the rights and freedoms of American citizens anymore. This is wrong and illegal. There is absolutely no suspicious activity or any blatant reason to cuff this guy. As american citizens, we do not have to provide an ID unless a legit warrant is provided. For example, i dont have a license or an ID, so therefore if i get stopped by a cop, he cannot arrest me for not providing an ID, especially if i tell him my full name and D.O.B. he can corroborate it on his compute database.
