I had a very odd interaction with a patient today new to my office. He said that the office was too positive, too friendly and everyone was too nice and just weirded him out he wasnt comfortable with it I think Ill just take that as a complement. Ive been instructed staff to call and check on him and make sure he was okay and offer him a full refund because he didnt seem happy or satisfied, he declined and told us never to contact him again. Im sure will translate into a weird negative yelp review but Ill take that any day thank you everyone at my office for doing the right thing and staying positive. #nonegativity #staypositive #beststaffever
