I had awesome meet Saturday at the SPF winner challenge to support Hope For Warriors! We raised a lotta money for a great cause! Gillian Mounsey Ward and Mac Ward are super organized and they know how to run a really fun meet! We should definitely blow up these their meets in the future, I know Ill be back! At my last full meet in May of this year I totaled 1475 and Saturday I totaled 1675, thats a 200 lbs increase on my total in just 7 months! Boom💥 thats some #nextlevel shit! It just goes to show how much of a difference having the right coach can make. Many thanks to Phil Squatzilla Harrington for being the best coach ever! This guy knows how to bring the passion! He really went above and beyond for me and it shows in the numbers! Thanks to Bruce Warren for driving 3 hours just to support me, hes the loudest guy screaming at me from the background in the videos! Thanks to Kristie Smith for always being there and believing in me (Im a lucky guy).
