I had the privilege to give my first Dvar Torah from the Bimah as a rabbi this past shabbat. As my opening comments state, this was incredibly powerful for me. This Shul is where I served as Youth Director for four years and it was my time with the community that helped me decide to become a rabbi. What an amazing treat to share words of Torah this past Shabbos. My sermon is titled Life After Death - dont panic; its not as morbid as it sounds. Like Hayei Sarah, its really all about life!
