I had to share this because I was at this game. It was my 18th birthday and my oldest brother Mikey got me a ticket to see the game. The funny part is I was such an Alabama fan that my nickname in high school was Bamagirl! Yes, you heard right. Mikey was a student at State so of course we were sitting in the student section. Well you can just imagine my surprise when State beat Bama! It was the worst birthday of my life...and it was on my actual birthday! Now to an even funnier part. My husband is a die hard State fan so over the years he has slowly converted me back to State. So here it is my birthday weekend once again and the most anticipated game of the season! All I can say is Im glad I wont be at this one! My heart couldnt handle that all over again! I had tried for many years to pretend that game never happened and that I never turned 18, I skipped to 19. Anyway, Good Luck to my favorite two teams in the world! I really hope State stays #1!
