I hate to admit.. But squatting 100kg while trying to RELAX your torso and back to use Chi to hold a neutral spine, leaning from your ankle to keep the weight in the center is Maddeningly hard. Happy I am able to feel the weight better now though. And more importantly the ability to relax and use *just enough* strength for posture holding is transferring HUGELY to my swimming capability. Body control is everything. I Need more practice. Thanks Samantha Yeo baby for taking the video.. Time to show coach for judgement day soon once I complete the video of high pull, extension, pushpress and snatch balance.
