I have a 13 yo double registered qh mare. Well broke, and well mannered girl. Can be as easy going lazy slow poke on the trails or will get up and be the leader of the pack. Only if you ask her. Other than that shes a slow walking easy ride. NO bolt or rear. Buck, bite or crazy to her. Has a real nice slow rocking chair lope. Nice lead changes. Neck reigns and stops at the sound of Whoa. So she will slam on breaks at the sound of it, except when your running she will bump and slow down. Really nice mare, I wouldnt offer her for trade or sale but really looking for a younger barrel prospect or started. Nothing spooks her. For a non gaited horse shes the smoothest quarter horse I have ridden.
