I have a few questions that i cant find in the pinned post. 1. I know it is important for other things for optimum health like sleep and vitamin D but how much time should we spend in the sun, Im rather pale, live in the UK and its hardly sunny. Plus i work shifts and long days so sometimes dont see much sun at all. Id also like to add Im 26 if age comes into how much we need??? 2. When were are told we need vitamin D does this mean the beaming sun or is it just ok to go outside on a cold cloudy day and get the necessities? 3. Anything else that is essential for optimal living that i may not be aware of??? Thanks in advance for you answers i hope some of you can help!
