I have always tried to help black businesses...but here is my problem, many of them dont know anything about customer service... I cook three to four times a day....I used to own my own restaurant....and I bake at least three times a week at the daycare I work ..... So I could have made my own cake...however because I was doing all if the cooking i chose to get an outside party to do it for me...therein lies the problem....there is no way you can tell me that a cake is home made and that it is red velvet when it is wet and taste like vanilla....that was not the problem...the problem is that I neither any if my guest liked the texture or taste of the cake. ...upon reaching the baker of said cake I was offered advice on how to order a cake and an offer of a recipe for red velvet cake..instead of half of my money back......and this is why I rarely deal with black businesses or other women ....so today for my second party i will bake my own cake....that is all
