I have been away from Facebook for several weeks; Ive been very busy. My wife and I just returned from our annual trip to Amish Country--Berlin, Ohio, to be exact. Every year on or around our anniversary (Oct 14), we head out of town for this event. This year we actually left on our anniversary, returning on the 18th. The weather wasnt perfect for the Autumn season (rained two days) and there were not so many changing leaves, but it was still great to get away for some much needed rest, some driving down a few one-lane paths, eat until we practically burst and spend every night in a log cabin, owned by Donnas Premiere Lodging. Weve been staying at Donnas going on ten years now. Its so peaceful on the hill, amidst the trees and nature around us. We already miss the place and cant wait to go back next year!!
