I have been searching high and low for this issue in Atlanta. I havent gotten mine just yet, but I couldnt close the night without expressing how proud I am of my BOSS. She so dedicated and hard-working. She stays up in the wee hours at night and wakes up before the sun rises. The true definition of a hard worker and truly an inspiration for young ladies such as myself. Lucinda Cross without a shadow of doubt deserves this spread in Essence Magazine.
