I have been taking my pets to North West Veteranary Clinic on Mucurapo Rd since I was a teenager which is well over 10years now. It saddens me to say this but I will now NEVER EVER take any of my pets there again. It is very scary to me when a so called vet cannot tell the difference between a cats nipple and what she called a funny white scab.... Like seriously!! When I pointed it out to her she was like oh yeah right thats a nipple.... Ummm..... And I am supposed to trust what you tell me now... Then to get charged an exorbitant amount because I made the mistake of telling her I only have a certain amount of cash on me as I didnt walk with my wallet. Well she made sure to bring the total up to $60 less the amount I told her after initially giving me a completely different figure (like $400 less) a few minutes before. Its as if she was just looking for something to charge me for to get extra money. That is not the type of service I am accustomed to from that establishment. Then to hear some horror stories from friends after that have gone there recently. Needless to say I am looking for a new vet. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know.
