I have debated all morning about popping this post up, but I feel like it needs to be addressed in a public forum as an incident last night left me shocked and hurt. The last few months have been busier than I could ever have imagined, with starting an on-call day job and maintaining this passion of mine - I cant thank you all enough for the patience you have shown with the delays in communication, it honestly means the world to know that you support my passion and my dream. Unfortunately for a select few clients over the past week, delays in emails have led to some very nasty, accusatory messages with personal attacks which I find absolutely uncalled for and last night an email escalated to what I consider a threat on my personal safety and the safety of my family. This matter has been referred on to local authorities, and I dont want to speak of it any more, but please know that if you are frustrated with the delays that I am doing the absolute best I can, and I am working on your emails and orders. None of my printing/album making is done in house, and occasionally there are delays with labs, framers and album companies but I am trying my best to ensure you are kept in the loop. I am always reachable by a message here or an email if you do have a query or frustration, and I will help as best I can, but I do need time to read your message, look into the issue and then reply. Thank you so much for all of your understanding, love, support and for riding this magical dream with me xx
