I have decided to challenge myself to start getting more sleep at night. To motivate myself and possibly others, I will be starting a 30 day sleep challenge for the month of September! I will be getting to sleep as close to sun-down as I can and waking up as close to sun-up as I can. This challenge is designed to help me develop the habit of getting to bed in time to insure I maximize my bodies detoxification and regeneration process over the night. Our nervous system relies greatly on our ability to recharge at night and when we get an insufficient amount of sleep, the whole body is impaired. I will try to post as many videos as I can throughout the 30 days to keep you up to date on my progress.
