I have made a representation to Mr.MODI about the loopholes in the RTI ACT, with suggestions and importance of Amending it suitably to protect this important Act. Strangely Ministry of HRD & Dept of School Education replies me stating it is the matter of Dept of Personal & Training. My whole purpose of seeking amendments to the Act to make it more effective to the PM has been completely misunderstood. Wonder how my letter landed up with HR dept when we have written to PMO office. Its a true perspective how our systems are working in our Country. MERA BHARAT MAHAAN.
