I have some set warm up drills, but I also like to experiment a little with the template and put in whatever movement/stretch/activation that feels good/needed before the workout Im about to do. Your body will in some degree adapt to your training and regular activities. Sometimes just doing something different can be the factor that provides progress in whatever skill you want to improve, and not get stuck in old habits or restrictions. I like the idea of challenging the body with all sorts of movements in the warm up, no matter if it is planned or improvised. I belive it will help me move good, be creative with movements and get more experienced in different ways to solve a task, whether it is lifting weights or something else. The video is a part of my warm up today.
