I have to say we were very fortunate not to have lost power or have any great damages on our property or home. While I know how aggravating it is to be without power (experienced 4 days during White Juan), we have to give our linesmen kudos for what theyve accomplished so far. They have families as well that are without power ~ They have been working non stop around the clock. Given that we had winds clocked from 100 up to 140kms, its rather unfair to condemn. Nova Scotia had upwards of 140,000 without power and in just over 24 hours they accomplished a reduction to 77,000. I am sure they are wanting to get home to their families ... and power. So instead of complaining, why not be thankful that we are blessed to be home with our families, safe and sound, and that its summer and not winter. Power, or no power.
