I hope this will make you laugh. Or roll your eyes. I have a confession. I have been rebelling. It will end today...as I am almost done with this I am pissed off! stance. But before I break it, I need to come clean. You all have been so gracious and loving to me. You believe I am being so strong and compassionate in my walk...but I have held something back, so here it is... Heather dirt. You know I work hard and I have taken care of most of the house/yard/school stuff to free up Ted to coach and teach and design curriculum which takes a ton time. But he was the head laundry folder. So for the past two weeks, I have done probably 10 loads of laundry. It stays in a huge mountainous pile on my dresser. It is not that I dont have time or I cant ask the kids. I have just been intent on not folding. So when we need something we simply reach into the very clean, very huge mountain, watch it cascade to the floor and then I again, stack it up. Incredibly inefficient, very childish, yes I know, but I have resisted taking on this one job that was not mine. My sweet kids say nothing and shake their beautiful heads. I know could ask one of you and youd come willingly, but it is not that. I have simply said, NO! So, if you see us a bit disheveled in the next week, please dont feel sorry for us. It is not that I am too exhausted. I have simply been resistant. So each wrinkle is my defiance. Whew! I got it out. Now I am clean. Time to fold, I have a mountain to get through. Hugs!
