I hope you all had a great weekend and you are all ready for the week ahead: Shopping for the new school year, go to work, doctor/dentist appointment....Busy, I know, BUT dont forget to schedule your work out time! When you decide to work out, you feel committed at the time. Make it official by putting it down in your diary and scheduling it. Oh and make it non-negotiable :) Show up for your workout, no matter what! MONDAY: Zumba 10am/5:30pm/7pm TUESDAY: PiYo 9am. Zumba 7pm WEDNESDAY: Zumba 10am/7pm THURSDAY: PiYo 9am. Zumba 7pm FRIDAY: Zumba 10am/5:30pm. Yoga 7:30pm SUNDAY: Yoga 1pm Kickboxing (Wednesday 9am/Thursday 5:30pm) and TRX (Monday 9am/Tuesday 5:30pm) start in September!!!
