I just finished reviewing New Media for Designers and Builders by Stephen Mouzon. This is an excellent resource for any small business owner in the design/construction industry. There are numerous ideas enabling small businesses (with an assumed small marketing budget) to promote thier ideas, designs and services. This is not simply another idea book, leaving the reader with great ideas that they now need to figure out how to implement on thier own. Instead, this book walks the reader through each step they need to take to implement the new ideas. Stephen uses his experiences (both positive and negative) to illustrate his ideas. He also equips us with many resources (which will be regularly updated online) to complete our marketing endeavors. I would highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to expand thier influence and become part of the larger design community.
