I just have so much respect an admiration for this wonderful musician. She not only is a moving performer with the most incredible voice (haunting, lyrical, honest and confronting), she has integrity in what she does. I love the fact that she is still singing at Occupy protests etc...Along with Peggy Seeger, Joan Baez is a very important inspirational figure to me - not least because it is fantastic to have older, attractive (but not because they are trying to look younger or fulfill traditional notions of beauty but because they appear comfortable and happy in their own skin) and political female musicians, to look up to...that they are still there, still brilliant, still trying to grapple with the world...just love them...total respect... youtu.be/g1fpDWXwfso
