I know that I am the only sane person in this group of crazy runners, but once in a while, I may make a crazy decision myself. I just registered for the Bourbon Derby Half Marathon on June 14 in Paris, KY. The elevation profile looks almost like a copy of the RunTheBluegrass Half Marathon in Lexington, that we all just endured last weekend. So, here is my spring racing schedule, as it stands right now: The Boston Marathon on April 21, the Haspa Marathon Hamburg - Offizielle Seite in Germany on May 4, the Grand Canyon Rim-To-Rim-To-Rim on May 22/23 (this is a 22-26 hour endeavor, if I ever make it alive back out of the canyon), and the Bourbon Derby Half Marathon on June 14. Did I mention that I am the only sane person in this group? :)
