I like how we Black People are quick to say we do not have money, and that we are jobless, and Hopeless but did you know this; South African Stokvels are said to be worth an overall $ 2.3 Billion (R 25 Billion). So this is the amount of money Black people have stored away. That is enough money to build 100 Top Class Malls (The mall is just an example) if 1 mall costs R 250 Million to Build. Our reasoning for doing these Stokvels and Societies, is just for in case of emergencies Funerals, Weddings, Parties etc. Most of these people who participate in these Stockvels are not rich at all but if the money was managed properly they would be. Imagine being a shareholder to a Mall and having so much money that you do not have to save up for emergencies, You would be creating alot of jobs with your average Mall employing 2000 people. and this could Just be a Cycle of expanding our economy on our own without the help of government. -Feel the vibez
