Very busy day at work.. and not without its drama.. My partner Kris left and she was worried about her Mom.. So prayers for all the Moms out there that are in our collective thoughts and prayers. Then as I was getting ready to leave work I got to talking with a visitor at work. We have met casually on several occasions and she is a sweet lady. When she asked me about my kids I started to tell her how amazing they are and how very proud I am of them. And when I looked up she was crying! She told me that SHE was proud of my kids and told me that she had 1 son and he was 15 years old and she was really proud of him because he was an athlete and a scholar and just a good son.. I told her that she did a great job.. he has a solid foundation and someday very soon she would be putting him on a plane to Europe! We had a nice hug and I cant wait to see her next week.
