I live in Colorado, and have heard all of these slang words on both sides of the state line--except trunky. That is definitely LDS missionary slang for wanting to go home. I never heard it used--even in Utah. It is common among missionaries of the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter Day Saints, but I have never heard it used except in the mission field. Something people overlook completely is the fact that Utahns have their own little vowel sounds which exist nowhere else in America. One is pronunciation of words like horse. A very large percentage of Utahns trace their ancestry to England--since more than half of all English converts to the LDS faith during the 19th Century emigrated to America, and thence to Utah. A vowel sound peculiar to England during the period was pronunciation of the -or letter combination. Words like horse in Utah often come out harse. Its a fact...!
