I live on Central Ave and Ive had it. My mail has been stolen, my front door kicked in in the middle of the night, junkies everywhere including running down a fire hydrant across the street, numerous police activities on this street since I moved in six years ago, and now I found two burner cellphones thrown onto my lawn, which I assume were used for criminal activity. When my door was kicked in it took 15 minutes for Sherriffs deputies to get here. Since the food bank moved in I have noticed more pedestrian activity. Do you have any crime statistics for this area over the past 3 to 5 years? Are the police doing anything about Orangevale Ave?
