I love cooking for my loved ones and friends... However, I love it even more to be treated to a home cooked meal where I get to rest and enjoy the good food. Last night, our dearest friends Danny and Doreen hosted our family and Danny was head chef ;) we were treated to a Belgian feast! From experiencing gorgeous Belgian beers contributed by Erik ( time to visit again soon???) to learning to couple the beer experience with eating North Sea Shrimps with it. I dont drink but Andrew loved everything about it. We devoured the shrimps that were so sweet to taste and fun to peel. Dinner was Cod cooked to perfection with a crispy cheese topping accompanied by sides of mash, broccoli and stewed fennel. It was delicious! Thank you Danny for the experience and looking forward to more Belgian dinners ;)
