I love incorporating PiYo into my workout routine, I like to do HIIT training 2-3 times and week and lift 2-3 times a week (I use Turbo Fire and Les Mills Pump to do this) throwing in PiYo on top of that helps me so much with sore muscles and flexibility. Ive also noticed I have more flexibility in my lower body as well when Im riding which means stability and effectiveness on my horse. Heres a nice sweaty after workout pic for you!
