I love my friends here in AR, I love my house and my new animals and our Pastor and his wife are the BEST--but--Arkansas has the highest rate of abuse in the country, more red tape than the federal government,and lousy politicians ,but the worst is the so called professionals, who are more rude here than in NY and that says a lot. I cant get people (lawyers, doctors, labs. unemployment dept, etc) to call me back for 2 or 3 days ,if ever, hardly anyone has been trained to be polite or to know what business they are representing or knowledge of the product they are selling--I get a lot of DUHs and a quick Ill transfer you, maybe they can help deal after the second question they cant answer, but rarely transfered to a manager or someone with a brain (not that the manager has one but I would expect a few more answers from someone in charge--one can only hope) They keep you on hold indefinately in the hopes youll get tired and hang up ( I generally do after 20 minutes, sometimes I have let myself wait for 30)
