I love spending a third of my time interviewing people over the phone for client associations as part of our qualitative research: I just interviewed a Canadian health sciences professor originally from South Africa who was witty, sharp, and a great interview in addition to having an accent to die for. I guess it would have been rude to keep her on the phone all day but the 30 minutes were just fine and dandy. :O)
