This individual should possess the ability to both quickly learn technical platforms, and be able to clearly communicate technical instructions to a non-technical audience. Since we are a small and fast moving startup, we are particularly interested in individuals who are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities • Receive level 2 and 3 technical support calls • Provide support via chat, email, phone • Qualify, troubleshoot, investigate customer support tickets • Translate customer issues into actionable product improvement tasks Required Skills • 3+ years working in technical support at a leading technology firm • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex problems Desired Skills • Experience with iOS and Android mobile platforms • Experience working in a call center environment • Ability to develop informative and intuitive training programs
