I need some information ! Is it illegal or not to flip puppies? My aunt gave away 2 of her puppies to a lady who showed up crying that she needed those puppies for her daughters gifts... she felt bad and decided to give them as gifts. . Well she ran into the lady on Craigslist asking $250 for each! ! My aunt just wants her puppies back because she wants them to go to good honest homes. Not people who see them as objects for extra cash.
