I never doubted him for a second. If interested, many of his filings can be read here wherein the story is told: plainsite.org/dockets/su4jfi2i/south-carolina-district-court/usa-v-hall-et-al/ The key seems to be specially depositing with the CFO (or perhaps the Clerk) of the Court some sort of set-off bond. Is this the bonds that Gordon filed in June of 2013, the Private Registered Setoff Bonds (see entry #82)? Or perhaps can it be the birth certificate in state court? If anyone knows how this works I would appreciate some clues. I think I have everything I need before me, I just cant put it all together. Plus, my sentence is for county jail, whereas Gordons process was for federal district court. My guess is the process is the same but the name of the pertinent offices is different. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups Creditors in Commerce group.
