I never really make New Years resolutions but this year I have thought about it and decided to make one this year ,So this year for my family and myself mostly cause I want to live a long healthy life and be around for a long time, I have decided to go on a diet,and with Gods help i can do this cause I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me,I have not decided what kind yet but something not to expensive and something i can afford so any input would help!!!
