The Ive witnessed the genius of crowd sourcing for info but, so far, the the puzzle has not been solved. But, we have some interesting guesses. In the UK I learned this is the the symbol attached to buildings that stand for recessed fire hydrant. Some insist on hospital. Some think its structural. Its not. Horse parking? Ummm...no. Somebody guessed honor because Wornall was an honorable state senator. My favorite guess so far was a tiny vertical heliport landing. And I learned this tidbit, There was an episode of Psych where they used on of these to turn off a fountain. But its fiction, and took place in an old tourist trap due to its secret passages.
