I read in some posts that President Jonathan has declared that he will not contest the 2015 elections. They attributed this claim to the statement he made in church that this democracy day will the last of this administration. My response: I dont know why people are making a mountain out of molehill. The statement ppl are referring to does not in anyway indicate that the president is not contesting. In fact he was making a statement of fact that this is d last celebration of his present administration. Any govt that starts on May 29, 2015 will be a new govt and administration and could still be led by the President. Why are people putting words in d mouth of the President? Soon, the same ppl will begin to say he said he wont contest and he lied whereas he didnt say so. Whether he contests or not, if we dont want him again we have d ballot box to change to the person we want. Pls, stop insinuating. This is part of what led is to where we are now. The President has his problems, Nigerians also have theirs. This country cannot be great by d activities of the President alone, we also have a role to play. God save Nigeria.
