I realized today that Id rather spend 30-60 minutes a day cooking/preparing healthy food than doing cardio for the same amount of time. If you were to take those few minutes to make your own food over eating out, you wouldnt have to slave away on those boring cardio machines. Cardio should benefit heart health and be an added bonus to your weight workouts, rather than trying to undo the crap you eat. #dontbelazy #worksmarternotharder
