I received this message today about a kitty who needs a home rather quickly...please meet Princess and share her. Thank you... This little darling has had a horrible life (so far) and I think she deserves better. I know there are sooo many cats out there that have no home and may be worse off than this little darling, but you know me . . . I need to try to save her - her last day being boarded is Wednesday - after that we have no place to put her. Princess is a small cat - weighs just over 6 pounds. she Is about 4 years old and have lived as a stray being feed by my mom and another neighbor since she was a kitten (we tried to trap her but were never successful). She is FIV positive but healthy. She is neutered and up to date on all of her shots. She was trapped on Thursday with a small wound on her back end - My mother and I took her to the vet and had her all fixed up and given all her shots. She is being medically boarded until next wed. Through out her ordeal this little angel did not growl, hiss, show her claws or make any aggressive action what so ever. Todate the gals where she is being boarded say while she is still somewhat shy she is very approachable and eating and using the litter box with no problems. They also said that Princess has shown no signs of aggression what so ever - so with a little bit of time, she will probably be a very nice loving baby. If anyone can take her - it would be hard to say how thankful me and my mom would be. If you have any one that is willing to take her, I will drive her out to wherever and whenever it is convenient for them. Also, if any rescue group can take her, I think we can come up with a donation. Anything you can do to help this beautiful little baby get a home . . . .thank you Maybe then I will stop crying - yes you know me.
