I refrained from posting all day simply because it was probably one of the toughest days I have ever had to live through and chose instead to just silently remember all the friends I have lost. Some of you may have heard me recalling my experience from this fateful day 12 years ago while others may have not - that is irrelevant. But what IS most important is that I thank my co-worker who became a friend for life after everything he did for me that day. If he was not around to help me get to safety, I too would have become another casualty in an already long list of lives lost to such a senseless act. Thank you Sajjad, I am eternally grateful.
