I said I would never put myself in the circumstance to be captured in Dayz. I was too experienced, too careful, and had a good judge of character. That day ended today. While in a large city I helped save some girl from a hostile gun fight as we fled with bullets chasing us to the shoreline. We raided, hunted, and gathered together for what seemed like most the evening. At some point a we had a 3rd person team up only to be shot by her while I was scavenging, allegedly because he was sending her slanderous messages while I was gone. I took it as is since we all had that not so sure gun down. Several hours later going through fields, woodlands and ariving a run down old castle interior wall we decided to lay up camp there for the night, cooking our deer/wild pig steaks. A campfire sing along turned into a steak being burned from not paying attention, followed by her handcuffing me at the wall with only one exit point. SOMEHOW even though we were checking up behind us constantly we were stalked, maybe is was the light of the fire through the castle door, or maybe luck but mister stalker san who apparently knew us both came to try to save me, minutes after I found she was a psyco~ Restrained inside a wall with a loaded SKS rifle pointed at me, I am forced to sing for this now lunatic while keeping a calm nerve while stalker-san trys to intimidate and negotiate for my release. Things didnt well, and for the first time in a long time I understood a real betrayal, when in fact the guy who was allegedly the sleazy stalking scumbag was really a hero in disguise and the one cutey turned into a psyco over burn meat. Ill never know her real personality, or who this stalker really was, not with a bullet in my head, but another day another lesson. I got a video of some of that too. Welcome to DayZ Standalone
