I share a special poem, when you have lost someone, this is real life! The Song of the Lone Wolf, the Song of walking the trails of the ten falls! Shasta revels in the waterfall she saw, it calmed her soul. She doesnt understand, but it helped, she sees the trail! She follows it as it winds lower into a valley, she wonders. She sees a waterfall from below, spectacular in life, amazing! She walks farther on the trail, she passes behind a great waterfall. She is mesmerized as she walks on, she feels many memories surface. She remembers Nitka so much, a guiding force in life, so important. She left to soon, Shasta is sure, but she left protecting her soul. Nitka is in Shastas mind as she walks down a steep, winding trail. At the bottom of the trail she sees another beautiful waterfall. She is captured again, with water streaming down fast in life. She is calm again. Every waterfall brings her more peace this day. She keeps walking, for everything is beautiful in its quiet way. She emerges from the foilage, mossy bows hang down, a special place. Face to face with a roaring waterfall, to great to describe just now. Overcome with emotions, she watches the waters rush down from behind. Amazed as she walks on, she sees more waterfalls, so great in life. She sees small and great ones, tall, tall ones streaming down fast. She sees water sparkling in the sunlight, she feels alive in life. She feels her pain quieting, and she feels her soul settling down! The pain of Nitka passing is so strong now, Shasta has to pause! She contemplates everything, she does this in a quiet place in life. The trees hang over, making her feel at one with this natural place. She feels a solace in the quietness of everything around, so green. Shasta comes to a place with great trees, tall firs, swaying silently. She hears Nitkas voice calling her to walk on, but shes not sure. She hears things, but this is such a quiet place of contemplation. She sits for awhile, contemplates it all, could she have been stronger. She progresses to the last waterfall on the trail, almost sunset. She walks behind a double waterfall, water create a deafening roar. Water, mad in life, rushing down fast, she sees the sun break forth. She sees the valley light up, a vision of beauty, a moment of peace. PK Copyright 2014 - bigbluehorizon
