I still revisit the places you and I use to hangout- I see other people sitting in our places, holding hands and kissing faces , not knowing that their future is hanging in the ballots, and very much in doubt- If I only knew then what I know now, I would have stayed in prayer ( but I didnt know ), and not laugh at the time when I held onto your hand too tight and you said, youre hurting me, and, you dont give a girl enough room to breathe. I know now, but now is too late. Ive already sealed my fate. We almost had it all, I was their every minute of the day youd call. Looking back is just as hard as moving forward.
