I think if the Yankees never tried to make Joba Chamberlain a starter he would have been fine. Biggest mistake the Yankees made with Joba Chamberlain was making him a starter. He might not look right with a beard, but he has been effective with the Tigers. One thing the Yankees need to get rid of, is the no long and facial hair policy. Seriously, these guys are playing baseball which is a game they have been playing their whole life. If they were becoming cops, lawyers, doctors, fireman or a profession that requires to look a certain way that would be understandable. Considering that baseball is a game there is no reason to have a no long or facial hair policy.-Josh
