I mean once you get over the death grip that the bed can have in the mornings. the early service has awesome benefits: 1. Fewer people frequent the service so there is more seat availability 2. Fewer distractions than the later service 3. Awesome Teaching and Worship 4. Generally finished before 11am 5. Because you are out early, you can get to brunch earlier (avoiding the after church crowds) 6.
