I think its important to reward yourself after a super hard workout. Just finished 2 straight hours of heavy powerlifting mixed with short bursts of high intensity intervals of cardio. 😊 Now Im about to eat freshly grilled salmon and a small portion of Cajun grilled boneless chicks breast, with a jalapeño cheddar focaccia muffin. Not to mention the appetizer of brown rice Philly Maki sushi!🍣😋 🍮
