I think its time we wake up to this fight in Nigeria this is gross exploitation by NERC and PHCN by ripping off each customer 500 monthly as fixed charge. How can each user pay 500 monthly whether they use light or not it means the guys may not even make effort in improving power generation, that alone can give them billions monthly and they can just be smiling to the banks while we still languish in darkness.
