I think that when a group of individuals incorporate and are granted limited liability by society, that entity should rightfully have substantially limited rights. We afford individuals great freedom and with that freedom comes great responsibility for their own actions. When society grants someone or a group of someones limited liability, its irrational for then to still expect their full individual freedoms. If incorporated entities still have full individual rights as a real person would have, then what did society get--what did WE get--for limiting their liability? How is it an equitable trade for society to grant that person or group of persons partial immunity from the ramifications of their actions if there is nothing given to society in return? Its stupid. Forget championing individual rights, we need all of the individual citizens of the United States to get CORPORATE rights. We need to be able to take big financial risks with whatever money we want and declare all of the personal assets we want to be safe off limits to creditors. We need to have unlimited speech without any possibility of personal ramifications, no imprisonment or possible repercussions of violence. We need immunity from criminal law, the impossibility of being found guilty for any crime we are responsible for but a little bit indirectly. We should be able to dissolve our fiscal entity any time we dont like our fiscal situation, with no way for creditors to perform any legal action on us, and then start up a new one whenever wed like with some money we shielded to the side. We should all have an offshore tax haven and only pay taxes on the money we need to bring into the country when we feel like paying for something. We should be able to create anonymous fiscal entities and buy and sell and do anything wed like without anyone ever knowing who foot the bill. The people of the United States are already second class citizens. Were the second class citizens to the first class of US citizen, the corporation.
